Notes	Originally listed simply as Sherlock Holmes in the running order for Fanfare For The Common Cold, this sketch name had already been used for a different sketch which had appeared previously in Can We Have Our Money Back, Golden Mouldies and Haley's Vomit. Confusingly, BOTH sketches later appeared in Kulturshok, where each was renamed. The name from the latter show is used here.
